Freaky Friday the Musical Cast

Lydia Kirkbride (Katherine)
Lydia Kirkbride is so thrilled to be taking on this awesome character alongside this incredible cast and artistic team. Lydia is a very passionate musician, playing the piano, guitar, clarinet, bass, and more. She had the opportunity to be the pianist for the All-State Jazz Choir in February and had so much fun with her fellow cast mates who got to go with her. After high school, she plans to attend a music school in LA to pursue songwriting and performance. She’d like to thank Heather Brown, her vocal and piano teacher for being the most supportive and helpful mentor, her family and friends for being her biggest fans, and Scott, Josie, and Mr. Bell for giving her this opportunity. Thanks so much for coming, and enjoy the show!
Jordyn Walker (Ellie)
Jordynn would like to start off by thanking God for all her blessings. She is a sophomore at Lake City and performing for the first time with Trope de Wolf. Jordynn is excited about the show and hopes you enjoy it. She wants to thank everyone who has helped her get here.
Lincoln Haynie (Fletcher)
Lincoln Haynie (Fletcher) Lincoln is 10 years old and absolutely thrilled to be joining the talented cast of Freaky Friday at Lake City High School! A fourth grader at Sorensson Elementary, Lincoln is no stranger to the stage. Last year he played Nemo in Finding NemoJr., and he’s been double-dipping in rehearsals this season by also playing the Grasshopper in James and the Giant Peach. His all-time favorite role, though, was just this last fall when he played Pugsley in The Addams Family at his family’s professional theater in Bear Lake, Utah — Pickleville Playhouse. When he’s not on stage, Lincoln can usually be found on a baseball field, at the golf course, or discovering his newest obsession: snowboarding. He hopes you enjoy the show as much as he’s loved being part of it!
Garett Matthews (Mike)
Garett Matthews is very excited to play the role of Mike in the LCHS Production of Freaky Friday the Musical. He has been seen on stage before as John Proctor in The Crucible, JJ Brown in The Unsinkable Molly Brown and many ensemble roles in productions such as Little Shop of Horrors and Lucky Stiff. He can also be seen participating in activities such as Chamber Choir, Navy Blues Vocal Jazz. He also enjoys biking and skiing in his free time. He is very excited to put on this production and hopes you all enjoy the show!
Matt Armstrong (Adam)
Matthew Armstrong is a Senior at Lake City High School. This is his third production at Lake City. He is very excited to be playing the role of Adam, and hopes you enjoy the show.
Aubrey Finley (Savannah)
Aubrey Finley is a Senior here at LCHS. Apart from participating in Troupe de Wolfe shows consistently, she is a fourth-year member of the Blue Room Improv Team. Outside of theatre, she is a choir student and participates in both LCHS’ Navy Blues Vocal Jazz choir and Chamber choir. In her free time she loves to be outside, with her friends, or with her pets. She also loves to do other activities like reading, baking, and making music. She hopes you enjoy the show!
Paige Hatfield (Gretchen)
Paige Hatfield is a Junior at Lake City High School. This is her second production here and her first musical! She’s so excited to be a part of the cast and hopes you enjoy the show!
Jonnie Vedder (Hannah)
Jonnie is a Senior at Lake City High School and is so excited to be in her first musical. She loves this production and everyone in it and hopes you do as well.
Solan Lent (Parker/Louis)
Solan Lent is a senior this year and has had so much fun working on this musical and is excited for you all to see it. He has been a part of the theatre department for several years and has been an actor in Sense and Sensibility, The Unsinkable Molly Brown, The Crucible, and the Ten-Minute Plays.
Elijah Thomas (Wells)
Elijah Thomas is a Senior at Lake City Highschool, he has been involved in all productions since his Freshman year. This is his first time on stage for a musical and he hopes you all enjoy the show!
Raegan Rock (Torrey/Adam's Mom)
Raegan is so excited to get to be a part of this amazing production and the LCHS theater program. Torrey has been such a fun character to play, and she looks forward to sharing her with everyone!
Logan Howes (Grandpa Gordon and more)
Logan Howes is so super psyched to be a part of FREAKY FRIDAY the musical. This is his fourth show at Lake City High School. However, he hasn't just been acting and singing, but also has been helping with the marketing side for this show. He hopes everyone enjoys the show.
Connor Shain (Pastor Bruno and more)
Connor Shain is a Sophomore at Lake City. He has been a part of productions such as The Unsinkable Molly Brown and The Crucible. In his free time, he enjoys sleeping and questioning the education system. He looks forward to participating in more plays and musicals in the future. À bientôt!
Chloe Latimer (Grandma Helene and more)
Chloe Latimer is a junior at Lake City High School. She will be playing the role of Grandma Helene/Gretchen’s mom/Mrs. Luckenbill, and Mrs. Time. She recently participated in little women as Mrs. Kirke at Lake City Playhouse, and Mrs. Dashwood in Sense and Sensibility at Lake City high school. She had a blast in this show and hopes you enjoy!
Kira Taft (Senora O'Brien/Officer Sitz)
Kira Taft is a Senior this year at LCHS. You may have seen her in other productions such as The Crucible, The Unsinkable Molly Brown, and most recently as Elinor Dashwood in Sense and Sensibility. She is also a member of the Blue Room Improv Team. She is so excited for you all to see this show and hopes you enjoy!
Prudence Clarkson (Ms. Meyers and more)
Prudence Clarkson is a Sophomore at Lake City High School, and is involved in the choir and theater programs. She has worked with the drama community through tech/run crew with past productions, but Freaky Friday is her first time acting in a show! She’s very excited to be a part of this show and to continue working with the community!
Samantha Treihaft (Danielle and more)
Sammy is Danielle and more for Freaky Friday: A New Musical. As this will be her first show at Lake City, she is looking forward to working with such an inspiring group and putting her all into her role. She has spent previous years in theatre and cannot wait to revisit the art once again. She hopes the audience is excited for the show!
Francesca Drake (Ensemble/Ellie's Understudy)
Francesca is beyond excited to be in the ensemble and to be Ellie’s understudy in this show. This is their first time being part of a production at Lake City, and they’re really looking forward to getting to know everyone and making new memories along the way. Francesca also wants to give a huge thank you to their friends for helping them achieve so much and for giving them the confidence to audition in the first place. They’re so happy to be here and can’t wait to see where this experience takes them.
Gabi Johnson (Savannah's Posse/Ensemble)
Gabriella is a Sophomore student at LCHS. You may recognize her from “The Unsinkable Molly Brown” or “Sense and Sensibility”, or maybe even from the Blue Room Improv team!! This is her third production at LCHS and couldn’t be more thankful to be apart of this amazing theatre program. “Freaky Friday” is an amazing musical and the cast and crew had a coolio time working on it, hope you enjoy!!
Shantaya Esler (Ensemble)
Shaya Esler is so excited to be a part of her first production at Lake City. She is thrilled to be a part of the ensemble and get to assist with learning choreography!
Gus Bell (Ensemble)
Gus Bell exists in this show. Just look really close and you’ll find him somewhere. He plays several important characters in this show, like, um… a very important fish vendor, some central students, a piece of the throne belonging to the school, and yeah… really important things. [Disclaimer: This is entirely comical and not meant to be taken seriously in any way. Just laugh.]
Elijah Swofford (Ensemble)
Elijah is a Sophomore at LCHS and has somehow managed to be involved in every production since Freshman year, either onstage pretending he knows what he’s doing or hidden in the booth pressing important-looking buttons. He’s had an absolute blast being part of Freaky Friday and hopes you enjoy the show almost as much as he’s enjoyed not sleeping during tech week.
