Charley Brewster (Steve Dodrv)
Steve is so thrilled to be playing the part of Charley Brewster, and to be taking part in his fourth production with interACT! Outside of theatre, Steve is a music teacher and choir director. He would like to thank his fellow cast members and production staff for sharing their wonderful talents and gifts, and friends and family for their love and support.
Amy Petersen (Kristin Myles)
Kristin is beyond excited to be back with interACT for another show. She was in "Footloose" as a featured dancer and a choreographer for interACT’s "i-Sings: Totally Awesome 80s". She can’t wait to be a part of more with this theatre company that she calls home .
"Evil" Ed Thompson (Bodi Johnson)
Bodi Johnson is a recent college graduate and actor hailing from the Detroit, Michigan metro area and currently lives in Brooklyn, New York. He is elated to play the role of “Evil” Ed Thompson in his first show with interACT. Bodi’s other recent theatrical performances include a former Hitler Youth in the WWII drama "The Coming Storm" at the Theater for the New City, as well as a sketch artist in the comedy show "A Sketch of New York" at the Producer’s Club, both in Manhattan.
Peter Vincent (Nat Gennace)
Film/web-series: "A Dark Place Inside", "Behind the Cocaine", and "Mancave". Stage credits: "Bent", "Marvin’s Room", "One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest", "Play On!", "Wait Until Dark", "Jekyll and Hyde", "Amityville '74", "House on Haunted Hill", "The Wild Party" , "Young Frankenstein!", "Jesus Christ Superstar", and "My Big Gay Italian Wedding". Jerry Dandrige (Pierce V. Lo)
Pierce V. Lo is thrilled to be in his fifth production with interACT! His previous shows were "Pride and Prejudice", "Murderous Innocent", "This is Our Story", and "Amityville '74". His other theater credits include "Three Sisters", "Importance of Being Earnest", "Bell, Book and Candle", "Thoroughly Modern Millie", and "Calendar Girls". Pierce's film and television credits include Scout's Honor, Glass Figurines, Come Find Me, The Gardener, Casters and Gotham. Big love to the incredible cast and crew!
Billy Cole (Christopher Ryes)
Chris is a Perry nominated director for WHATCo.’s One-Act Festival in May 2024. Chris is ecstatic to be returning to the interACT stage in "Fright Night" as Billy Cole! Judy Brewster (Rosie Allenson)
Rosie is a recent graduate of The American Academy of Dramatic Arts and is delighted to be making her interACT debut with this phenomenal company of artists. New York Theatre: "Dancing at Lughnasa" (Maggie), "Mad Mad Mad" (Meryl/Deviser), "Twelfth Night" (Feste), "Well Hung" (Ally), "Blue Stockings" (Carolyn), "Romeo and Juliet" (Juliet), among others. A lifelong creative, Rosie is an avid lover of Shakespeare, clown, music, and dance. Love to Mom and Dad. Don't forget to vote!!
Lieutenant Detective Lennox (Andre Vieira)
Andre is thrilled to be making his interact debut as Detective Lieutenant Lennox. Andre returned to the stage in 2022 after a prolonged absence due to family and career considerations. He credits his daughter Erica for constantly encouraging him to get back into theater. Recent acting credits include “And Then There Were None” (Rogers), “The Wedding Singer” (Ensemble) and “The Little Mermaid” (Wizard). He would like to thank the wonderful cast and crew for their continued, amazing support.
Miss Nina/Ensemble (Johanna Hill)
Johanna is excited to be joining interACT for her 6th production! As an avid horror fan she is so happy to be part of the cast of the NJ premier of this incredibly fun and spooky production. Johanna is also giddy to have been able to stretch her SFX muscles in helping to create all of the squishy and spooky moments for Fright Night. Past productions include "Eternal Flamer: The Ballad of Jesse Blade" (Muffy Diver), "The Wedding Singer" (Assistant Stage Manager), "1984" (Messenger), and "Amityville ‘74" (Ensemble).
Jonathan and Others (Jason Benjamin)
Jason saw "The Creature from the Black Lagoon" at age four and it made him a horror fan for life. For Halloween, he built a coffin so he can pop out at trick-or-treaters at his Maplewood home. He loves all 12 movies in the "Friday the 13th" franchise and is proud to share a name with the monster. Jason is slayed to be part of the frightfully talented cast and crew of "Fright Night", his sixth production with interACT.
Donny and Others (Jonnatan Araujo)
Jonnaton Araujo is a Brazilian Actor and singer. This is his first show with interACT and his first time back doing theater after a few years away. He has been in some musicals and has worked with music and short films. This is his first play since high school and he feels excited to be back doing his first passion, the theater.
Leon and Others (Raheem Akmadir-Nahsif)
Raheem Akmadir Nahsif is an actor; expects his first book, "Almost Nothing," a narrative loosely based on his life experiences. He earned his B.A. in Psychology & is nearing his Master of Social Work at NYU. Raheem is a storyteller & advocate, sharing his insights and experiences with a growing audience on social media. Cheryl Lane & Others (Sophia Rounsavill)
Sophia is beyond excited to participate in this thrilling production. Though this will be her third interAct show (after "Footloose" and "i-Sings: Totally Awesome 80s"), this will be her first time ever in an acting role. She is humbled by the immense talent of her fellow castmates and is extremely grateful for this opportunity to grow as a performer and explore this new passion further. She thanks her friends and family for their support.
