Nicholas J. Clarey (Director/Set Designer) is Artistic Director of interACT Theatre Productions. He worked with and founded several theatre companies across the Northeast and served as Theatre Education Program Director at Dryden Schools near Ithaca, New York, before landing in NJ where he assumed the helm of interACT in 2012. Nicholas's and interACT's work have been repeatedly recognized by Broadway World, the NJ Perry Awards, and the Essex County Local Arts Program. interACT proudly represents Essex County through deliberately diverse casting, original works, and high-quality productions in the Maplewood-South Orange communities and beyond.

This is Erica’s first time as ASM for interACT and it’s such an honor. Originally from Rockaway Beach, NY, Erica has shared her love of acting and the arts since age 6. She is currently attending Saint Elizabeth University pursuing her doctorate in Psychology with a primer focus on counseling families with autistic children and using music and the arts in her therapeutic style. on Previous acting credits include The Crucible (Mrs. Putnam, 2013), Euripides’ Medea (Medea, 2014), Almost Maine (Gayle, 2015), Extremities (Marjorie, 2018), Inherit the Wind (Mrs. Brady, 2022). The Wedding Singer (Airline Agent/Ensemble, 2023), Merlin (Lady Althea, 2023), Grease (Patty Simcox, 2023). Lily Boyle (Costumes) is chuffed to be back with her friends at interACT, bringing this art deco murder mystery to life. She has recently directed and costumed Pride & Prejudice (CTG), and costumed Brudermord (CTG), Book of Will (CTG), Hamlet (North Corner), and Pippin (interAct), as well as appearing in the cast of Ripcord (CTG). She would like to thank her 7 cats for not putting too much fur on everything.

Vix is thrilled to be helping out with another show at interACT! Having previously been the lighting board operator for The Wedding Singer and Eternal Flamer with interACT, as well as the lighting board operator for Shrek Jr. and a lighting assistant for Mamma Mia, they continue to pursue their love for theater tech in the lighting field. Balancing school and theater, they plan on putting themselves out there as much as possible to gain experience and grow!
