Refund/Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed up to 24 hours in advance. There is a $5 fee for exchanging tickets. Season Ticket holders are allowed 1 free exchange per show. All exchanges are based on availability.
Late Policy
Reserved seating will be held until opening curtain time. Doors open 30 minutes prior. As a courtesy to other patrons and our actors, customers arriving after the start of the performance will be seated at the discretion of management and alternate seating may be used. Late-comers cannot be guaranteed seating, so please make every effort to arrive early.
