Hanna Theatre Lip Sync Battle Cast

This is me on a good day. I like to do my make-up whenever I can. Many people consider me to be a funny person. I am a girl of many talents. I know how to crochet, sew, make nails, make-up, create Special Effects, make bracelets, and draw. Not as well as I would like though. I’m currently learning how to play the guitar, and I want to learn how to play the piano. I’m a fast learner with a tenacious attitude. However, I am incredibly clumsy for absolutely no reason. I trip and fall on everything, and I can’t tell you how many times I’ve hit my leg on a desk at school. I tend to say what I think and that’s what people find funny about me. I am a very random person, if I like you as a friend you’ll see that part of me more.

I am a 14 year old Freshman who is in his first year in Theatre,but has been involved with activities such as D.I. back during 5th grade. I am best known for being an introvert and barely hanging out with anyone apart from friends. The only that is sweeter than hanging out with my friends is my adoration for anything with sugar.

I am the type of teenager who enjoys listening to music as much as I appreciate my sleep. I love to play video games and read comics. I play both baseball and softball. I love to draw but more specifically, animate. Lastly, I love to be surrounded by the environment. It gives me this feeling that I can't possibly put into words.

Today I will be performing my own interpretation of the iconic scene from the even more iconic show, The Ren and Stimpy Show, the Happy Happy Joy Joy segment. I grew up watching shows such as this along with CatDog and Rocko's Modern Life. I am an avid fan of late 90’s early 2000’s cartoons, and I found this an opportunity to give a tribute to one of my childhood shows.

My name is Nolan John Ybarra, 17 (As of Dec 11). I was born in Brownsville, Texas on November 24th, 2003. I love performing in the theatre arts and performing music, so it’s fantastic that I'm able to perform this lip sync virtually. A performance of any kind brings me joy.

Some things you should know about me, I love both Ariana Grande and Billie Eilish. I think they are both extremely talented. I go to Hanna High School. I watch Tik Tok instead of doing homework. I can look ok on a good day, and I eat McDonald's at least 5 times a week.

Miranda Diaz is 15 years old and a Freshman. In the past, she has done Oral Reading at school and summer workshops at the Camille Playhouse. Pre-Covid 19, she liked to do volunteer work within the community. She likes listening to a variety of music genres, and also enjoys playing both guitar and piano.

Sophia Garcia is a Freshman at Hanna High School.She has always enjoyed the idea of theatre even though she is a little on the shy side. Furthermore, she hopes this class will help her come out of her shell and be able to put herself out there.

Allison Rose Hernandez is 15 years old, a Scorpio, and a Freshman at Hanna High School. She loves skateboarding and making music. She also enjoys an occasional dance class here and there. She loves Harry Styles, and in her free time she enjoys talking to her best friend Coral. Allison has a great love for musical theatre ,and she hopes to one day watch Hairspray and Hamilton live on Broadway.

Sherlyn Hernandez is a Freshman at Hanna. She is new to the theatre experience but is loving it so far. She hopes to make more amazing memories.

I’m a 14 year old Freshman attending Homer Hanna Early College High School. My favorite color is emerald green and magenta. I like to dance,sing, and watch many movies and shows. My favorite type of food is Italian. My favorite sport is volleyball. I love to listen to many songs as well as bands like the Runaways, Mindless Self Indulgence, and Mother Mother. I also love to play a lot of video games like Call of Duty and Mortal Kombat.

I am 16 years old and I'm usually the person behind the camera, so this will be a new experience for me. I hope you enjoy the show and my mini music video.

Laura Soto is a Freshmen at Hanna High School. She is in band as well as theatre. Laura likes to dance, sing, paint, and draw. She has a German Shepard named Bucky whom she loves with all her heart. She likes any kind of music, especially K-pop (Korean pop/BTS and more).Her favorite actor/actress include Dwayne Johnson and Natalie Portman. Her favorite animal is the dolphin.

I am a seventeen year old Junior attending Hanna High School. I enjoy dancing and spending time with friends and family. I don’t have a favorite food because I just love food, and it’s too hard to pick just one thing.

My name is Adriana but everybody calls me Mia. I am 16 year old and I like to have fun. Like the color yellow. It is such a fun and vibrant color, and that:s why it's my favorite color.

I am a 15 year old Sophmore that is attending Hanna High School. I like to draw and perform in the theater. I am a somewhat responsible person, but rest assured when I am needed I will pull through.

I am a Freshman at Hanna High School. I was born on Monday July 17, 2006. I went to Paredes Elementary then Stell Middle School. I started learning to dance at the age of four. I continued to dance in which I eventually joined the Stell Dance Team. It was during this time that I became a co-captain during my 8th grade year. I love to travel with my family. I have had the opportunity to visit both Disney parks in Florida and California. I have four dogs(Pugs) that I enjoy spending time with. I not only enjoy spending time with my dogs, but I also greatly enjoy spending time with my family. I would someday like to go to New York and see a Broadway show.

I believe getting your body in shape is not only important for your health but also your well-being. I also like to bake, which is one of my favorite ways to reduce stress.

The man, the myth, the legend, Mia Garcia! With horror movies, living rent free, and sugar free Monster coursing through her veins, she's something alright. She's won battles left and right against the biggest opponents in the history of the world. Those battles being in the video game Minecraft and those opponents being the friends she plays with. Her personality is a RAINBOW full of all sorts of colors with a hint of black. She is a treasure all on her own!

My name is Valeria Garza. I am 15 years old, and I love soccer and dance. When I grow up I want to be a professional actress.

Sirena Gonzalez has been involved in theatre throughout her whole life. She has done every extracurricular that is slightly related to the arts.She has done many things from DI, to oral reading, to the little elementary drama club. In middle school she even did one act play all three years and won some awards such as the All Star Cast Award and the All Star Supporting Cast Award.

After a year theatre hiatus, Miranda returns to the stage at Hanna Performing Arts Center. Miranda began her performing career early in her life participating in the Kenmont Beetles Extravaganza. Her talent led her to the summer stage at Camille Playhouse performing in Charlotte’s Web and later ELF. She graced the Oliveira Middle School stage with her two-year run of Seussical the Musical. Her love of music drove her to perform on the great stage of Carnegie Hall during Distinguished Concerts International New York Buena Onda, a life changing experience. Today, Miranda dreams of the day when she can return to New York City where she can see the flashing lights of Broadway illuminating the streets; until that day the memory of her favorite Broadway show Anastasia the musical carries her strong.

I'm a simple guy. I like to play video games and I absolutely adore animals. That's why I want to become veterinarian. There is no greater feeling than that you get from helping animals.

Emile Perez is making her debut performance in Lip Sync Battle. She is a yearbook editor who enjoys photography and writing. Emile is a proud dog mom to her eight month old Maltipoo named Cody.
