Jill Allen (ANNA "A Stitch in Time")
Jill is a veteran stage actress and new to the Fractured Actors Company. She’s appeared in Films, tv shows and commercials, most recently in two feature films shot here in Ventura and is currently filming a screwball comedy (“The Heiress”) also being shot here. Jill has been performing with Venprov, located in Santa Paula, for the last 8 years. She’s had a varied background in the entertainment business, working behind the scenes, at studios and agencies. She’s married to Filmmaker and Editor, Lee Harry, a mother of two and grandmother of one. Loves dogs (especially Libby and Zuzu!), cooking, gardening and entertaining.
Becky Andrade (MARGUERITE)
Becky has been with Fractured Actors since the 1st Speakeasy in 2018, other performances Becky has been in are American Roadhouse 2019, Laughter in Place 2020, Area 22 2022, Speakeasy productions. Roles she has played is a Bouncer, Space Pirate, Aunt Mae in 2 productions, Aunt Kay and a Director’s assistant in this year 29 1/2 Hour Playwright Festival. She wrote for last year 29 1/2 Hour Playwright Festival. She would like to thank the Writer, Cast and Director of A Stitch in Time, she is excited to play the role of Marguerite. She dedicates her performance to her sister Donna.
Vanessa Angelique (DALLAS "An Education")
Vanessa is elated to make her debut with the Fractured Actors Theatre Co. She has studied acting and the Meisner method for nine years. She received a Theatre Arts degree from Ventura College. Some of her past credits include Cabaret, The Crucible, The Sound of Music, and Ghetto. Vanessa would like to thank her friends and family for their love and support. @Vanessangelique_
Emma Bangs (DEVIN "An Education")
Emma has been working with Fractured Actors for 4 years. She is excited to again share the stage for this year’s Speakeasy Project with her mother, Martha. She thanks all of her friends for showing up and supporting her doing her silly little thing.
Martha Bangs (JESSICA "A Stitch in Time")
Martha is happy to participate in her 3rd Speakeasy Project. Some other Fractured Actors projects she's participated in include 'Inherit the Wind' and 'Freud's Last Session'. She wishes to thank the amazing cast and crew who make this happen every year. She also is super thankful for her husband who is her biggest cheerleader.
Amy Brookes (AMY STERN)
Amy is overjoyed to go back in time to relive my high school memories! Thanks to the Drama Club where dreams are possible!
Erica Connell (SUPERINTENDENT O'KANE)
Erica found Fractured Actors about 8 years ago after both earning a degree in Directing (UCSB, 1994) and working with DramaDogs, a Theatre Company, in Santa Barbara (1994-2015). She’s been playing with FA as an actor, director, and Board member ever since, most recently directing Comic Potential earlier this year. She’s humbled by the talented artists of The Speakeasy Prom: Never Say Goodbye, and for the support of Liam, Maggie, and Joe. She dedicates this performance to her beloved Mama, Alicia, and Don F. Fruechte, the very best high school theater teacher EVER.
Katelin Curtis (MADISON "The Dinner Party")
Katelin Curtis has been treading the boards since 2011. This is her second Speakeasy Project and third production overall with Fractured Actors. Other recent credits include Carla Pepperbloom in FATC's production of Comic Potential, Aimee in I and The Village, Ms. Shellhammer in Miracle on 34th St. and Audrey in As You Like It. Katelin lives in Santa Barbara with her beloved Spencer and their wonderful, wild kitten child Misha. She is very grateful to FATC for continuing to allow her to do what she loves and grateful to all who come out to support us.
James Dorward (LEO REDSHIFT)
Oxnard/Ventura local James Dorward returns as Musical Director of The Speakeasy Project for the 4th time. James is not a “theater guy” yet somehow keeps doing theater. Madness! He enjoys punctuating these brilliant one-acts with fun music to set the mood for the evening’s theme. His other musical endeavors include drumming for the local alt-country-rock band The Mercer.
Mateo Escobedo (DANNY (A King in Waiting))
Mateo is delighted to be part of The Speakeasy Project for a second time! Having performed at last year’s Speakeasy of the Golden Age, as well as this year for (Comic Potential) as “Adam Trainsmith”. He first began acting in a summer workshop in Monterrey, Mexico in 2016. He would later act at Woodland Senior High School’s Play Production, Woodland Opera House, Teatro de las Américas, Elite Theater, and Fractured Actors. Currently, he is involved in a touring show with Boxtales Theatre Company in Santa Barbara called (Leyendas de Duende - Magical Tales of Latin America). He wants to thank his parents, Araceli Collazo and Saul Escobedo, for supporting him and guiding him through life’s mysteries.
Shelby Figueroa (PAIGE TURNER)
Shelby is happy to return to the Speakeasy band on keyboards and vocals. This is Shelby’s 3rd Speakeasy Project. Shelby has been singing and playing the piano for many years in an array of settings! She was a singer songwriter, 80s cover band member, wedding/funeral singer, and church music director before studying to become a music therapist. Shelby now spends her days using music and sound to support mental health wellness in children, teens, and adults. Shelby would like to thank her husband Adam for being smoking hot and you for taking the time to read this.
Spencer Frederick (SHANE "The Dinner Party")
Spencer Frederick makes his directorial debut in his second outing with the Speakeasy! After dipping his toes in directing for 29 1/2 Hour Playwrights Festival, Spencer is excited to show what his 20+ years of theater has taught him. A sample of Spencer’s credits include Sky Masterson in Guys and Dolls and The Dentist in Little Shop of Horrors, Hortensio in Taming of the Shrew and Mark Antony in Julius Caesar, and Solyony in Chekhov’s Three Sisters and Ben in The Sunshine Boys.
Chris Gwaltney (PRINCIPAL SKYNARD)
Chris Gwaltney was a theater nerd in high school. This was also around the time he taught himself to play guitar and sing, and became enamored with the way music brings people closer together. Most of his music experience has been as a music director in various church settings, where he has spent roughly 20 years leading bands and people in song. This will be Chris’s fourth Speakeasy Project with Fractured Actors, and he’s had a cool name each time. Here’s to keeping the streak alive.
Harper Rose Ham (DRUCILLA "An Education" / Harmonies "Hazy Shade of Winter")
Harper Rose has been in three speakeasies so far. Although this is only her third Speakeasy, she has grown up in this theater and knows it very well. Harper Rose has been singing since she learned to talk and it has been her passion ever since. Last spring Harper sang and played drums in the Eras Taylor Swift concert at Ventura Music Hall. Harper is still continuing her lessons in Voice and Drums and plays piano every day. Harper has loved being a part of the Speakeasies and another thing is that her mother and father created the Speakeasy Project when Harper was just a baby and have been doing it ever since. Harper is so lucky to have been a part of this show and can’t wait for the next one to start.
Jeff Ham (DAD "An Education")
Jeff is happiest when he's working with FA and loves all the new faces that have joined this year. He has written, directed, produced and acted for over 30 years. Big love to Harper, Hudson and Shannon.
Shannon McNally Ham (ASSISTANT PRINCIPAL CUSACK)
Shannon has been an actor, writer, director, and producer for Fractured Actors Theater Company since 2017. Before that she worked with The Butchershop Theater Festival, Shakespeare In the Park, The Blue Room Theater Company, The Met Theater Company, The Jewel Box Theater Company, and performed with Powerful Feeling Sketch Comedy Troupe, Passengers On The Bus Comedy Troupe, and probably some other stages she doesn’t remember. She also has some very old television, film and commercial credits that she only brings up when she wants to try to impress her kids. Shannon is forever thankful for her family, her theater family, and the opportunity to create community through bold storytelling.
Cassie Kelso-Bucey (WOLF "Accept No Subsitutes" / LIZ "Real Housewives of Verona")
Cassie is happy to be back home with her Fractured Actors family for the summer! This is Cassie’s third show with FATC, with her most recent role as Prim Spring in “Comic Potential.” Her favorite past roles include Sylvia in “Sylvia” and Mrs. Frank in “The Diary of Anne Frank”. She would like to thank her friends, family, husband Owen and of course her Chihuahua Mix, Miss Rae for all the love and support over the years. (Every performance is always dedicated to her late parents. Rainie and Joe.)
Britney Lamb (TINA "Accept No Substitutes")
Britney Lamb is excited to make her second appearance on stage for The Speakeasy Project. Her acting career began in her hometown, East Saint Louis, IL., where she appeared in various stage productions including, “The Gospel Wiz,” “A Burning Desire,” and most notably starring as Tiffany McCoy in the stage play “Love and Happiness.” Since relocating to California in 2018, she has starred in several minor roles in several films. She currently trains at Tasha Smith Actors Workshop (TSAW) at the master’s level with Larry B. Scott perfecting her acting skills. A big thanks goes out to her husband, John Lamb, and her family and friends for all of their support on her journey.
Christine Meier (CAROLINE "The Dinner Party")
Christine has loved acting and singing since she was a little girl. She stopped doing anything related to theater for many years and since pandemic has made a comeback. Her midlife-crisis-theater-reinvention includes Seussical the Musical (Gertrude, CSPAR), Oliver! (Sally, CSPAR), and The Little Mermaid (Atina, CSPAR). She is thrilled to have a part in this year’s Speakeasy. (This will be her second one.) Here’s a tidbit … she is married to the actor who plays Craig in The Dinner Party.
George Meier (CRAIG "The Dinner Party")
This is George's third production with Fractured Actors, having played a Witch in the 29 1/2 hour playwriting festival, and Charles D. Ball in Last year's Speakeasy Project. George and his family discovered that they are a theater family about 3 years ago. Together the Meier family have performed in The Little Mermaid, where George played an angry King Triton, and Oliver where George was part of the adult ensemble. George is performing along with his wife Christine ("Caroline").
Alphonse Philippe Mouzon (STUART "An Education", WOLF (Alternate) "Accept No Substitutes")
Are you ready for a bloody good show? Alphonse Philippe Mouzon hopes so as he returns for his fifth production with Fractured Actors. He played Sam Hammond in The Golden Age: A Speakeasy Project 2023. He made life long friendships during that play which continue to add joy to his life. Alphonse started acting at age six in the original Lethal Weapon film. He’s also worked in commercials, a music video for Barry White, TV, and numerous film projects. He’s performed with The Groundlings and also has a black belt in Taekwondo. Additionally, Alphonse enjoys baking sweets for his sweetie.
Lylah Randolph (MASCOT (Go Fruit Bats!))
This is Lylah's second appearance with Fractured Actors. She loves the outdoors and painting. Lylah would like to thank her sweet dog, Bella, for helping her get rid of stage fright.
Christopher Robin Rubin (ADDISON "Accept No Substitutes")
Christopher is excited to return to the Fractured Actors stage after first appearing in last summer’s Speakeasy Project. A California native who has performed throughout the state, beginning with “Oliver” way back in Jr High School and more recently in “Six Degrees of Separation”. He is forever grateful for the continued support of his lovely wife Tina and is thrilled to once again share the stage with his daughter Sophie. He would also like to thank the cast and crew of Fractured Actors for another amazing experience.
Lindsey Rytterager-Nickel (ASTER "After the Laughter", DANNI "The Dinner Party")
You've seen her once, twice, three times, but Lindsey will never say goodbye. Prom is here and Lindsey could not be more excited to be going with Fractured Actors. She appeared in dual roles as Beth and Evelyn in "After All This Time" (The Golden Age: A Speakeasy Project), performed in the 29 1/2 Hour Playwriting Festival, was a co-Producer for "RED," and starred as Jacie Tripplethree in "Comic Potential." She is so grateful for her directors helping her grow on her acting journey, her friends and family for their monumental support, and Alphonse for making life sweeter.
Mikaela Miyamoto (KEVIN "Accept No Substitutes")
Mikaela Miyamoto is excited to make her debut on the Fractured Actors Stage. This is her first time performing like this on stage! She graduated with a BFA in Acting for Film and TV at Hussian College in Studio where she focused on acting for the camera with little stage training. She's starred in several minor roles in films both during and after college. Her most notable role so far being Jenna the Waitress in the Netflix hit “Kaleidoscope”. A big thanks goes out to her friends, her sister, and her mom for all of their love and support.
Tracey Maron-Anthony (MRS. MARON)
Tracey is an actor/writer/comedian/masseuse who lives in Camarillo with her two children (the one she birthed and the one she married) and no cats (because they make her wheeze). Tracey has performed with SPTC, Plaza Players and the LHC. The Speakeasy Prom marks her return to theater after a “short” (24 year) post-partum hiatus. She’s excited to join the Fractured Actors Theater Company for this production, and not just because it’s her first promposal. Special shout-out to my first “kid” – thank you for coming to my rescue 39 years ago. You will always be my Pince Narming.
Meredith Newcom (ENTOMOLOGY TEACHER / SPANDEX BUTTERFLY)
Meredith delights in any opportunity to collaborate with Fractured Actors and their extremely talented cast and crew. Each theatrical endeavor offers new possibilities for creativity and adventure. She has previously assisted with the set design for past Fractured Actors’ productions including RED, Speakeasy 2023: Golden Age, and Speakeasy 2022: Area 22.
Kierra Murrell (ASB PRESIDENT/ BEA "Real Housewives of Verona)
Kierra “Kamili” Murrell is an actress based out of Oxnard, CA. She trained at Hollywood High School, UCB Comedy and Robert D’Avanzo Studios. She is thrilled to be making her debut on the Fractured Actors Stage. She would like to thank Shannon and Jeff for welcoming her into their theater community, and her friends and family for their support.
Andrew Pineda (COACH BOONE)
Andrew is excited to be making his debut with the Speakeasy band. Andrew has been making music from a young age, studying jazz piano and saxophone through high school and college and performing in numerous ensembles. Now, he is content to lay down a bassline at church or in a jam session with friends. Andrew would like to thank his wife for supporting his dreams of performing at this world famous event.
Sophie Rubin (GARBO "Accept No Subsitutes" / HALLIE "A Stitch in Time")
Sophie Rubin is ecstatic to be in her first Speakeasy Project Production. She has performed in other plays around Ventura County, such as, "Alice in Wonderland" (Alice), "Murder on the Orient Express" (Helen Hubbard), and "And Then There Were None" (Mr. Rogers). Sophie would like to thank her Family, and specifically her dad who is performing with her. And one big thanks to the producers and directors for giving her this great opportunity.
Hillary Rushing (KRISHNA "Accept No Substitutes")
After a long absence, Hillary has rededicated herself to her passion, theatre. In recent years she has been in many plays and musicals, worked backstage and stage managed. Hillary has been happy to assist renowned costume designer Abra Flores many times. In fall 2023, she played the role of Kenny the angel in Teatro de las Americas’ Journey of the Skeletons: A Día de los Muertos story. Hillary’s first experience with Fractured Actors was this May with the 29 1/2 hour playwriting festival and she is absolutely thrilled to be back.
Nikki Stark (SARA "After the Laughter")
Nikki Stark (she/her) is excited for her first performance with The Fractured Actors company. She has always had a passion for acting, performing with Lompoc Civic Theater for 8 years, and studying theater at UCSB. Recently, she portrayed Horatia in The Spanish Tragedy produced by The Public Domain Players. She would love to thank her family and friends for supporting all her theater endeavors.
Suzy Thatcher (ALTERNATE "Real Housewives of Verona")
Suzy is delighted to have this opportunity to perform on the Fractured Actors stage in Real Housewives of Verona. She participated as an actor in the 29 1/2 Hour Playwriting Festivals in 2003 and 2004. Suzy has been performing as an actor, singer and dancer as far back as the 60's. She sings with Shelter Dawgs and the S2D Trio. She sends so much love and gratitude to her family and friends who are always so supportive especially to her spouse and favorite sexy bassman, Steve.
Jose Valdez (MR. VALDEZ)
Jose is thrilled to be making his debut on the Fractured Actors Stage. José Valdez, is a native of Oxnard, CA. He has been an educator and administrator in the Ventura County area for over 30 years. He is also a semi-professional musician and vocalist. He made his acting debut in 2021 in the production of Wrench with Teatro de las Américas. He appeared in Teatro de las Américas productions of Christmas Contigo in 2022, and Istarella in 2023. In 2024, he appeared in an independent film entitled, La luz universal, directed by Saul Escobedo.
Bryan White (LEVI "The Dinner Party")
Bryan ALWAYS enjoys being part of The Speakeasy Project! He will be always grateful to the amazing group of artists, both on stage and off, that have made this production a reality! It’s PROM Time!!! Some of his past favorite roles include - Sigmund Freud in Freud’s Last Session, Sgt. Merwin J. Toomey in Biloxi Blues, and Paul Zara in Farragut North. Lastly, a big THANK YOU is ever deserved for his best friend and love of his life - Katherine, for the continuing journey.
Kathy White (VIE "The Real Housewives of Verona")
Kathy is very delighted to be back on the stage with Fractured Actors and with The Speakeasy Project! This has been an amazing experience for her. She is most grateful to our producers, writers, directors, cast, band, crew and especially you! Saving the best for last, she thanks her best friend and husband Bryan for sharing life and the stage with her!
Benjamin Colby Wilson (ACE "Accept No Substitutes")
Benjamin Colby Wilson is always honored to create art with Fractured Actors. Benjamin has dedicated his life to fighting animal exploitation as a vegan, animal rights activist and encourages every privileged consumer in the world (especially us Southern Californians) to consider the life of sentient, innocent animals when we purchase their products and byproducts in the grocery store, market, restaurant, clothing store, etc. Benjamin loves his hardcore, vegan girlfriend Michelle Aquino and he loves his inherently minimalist, anti conformist family for all the beautifully chaotic energy they provide. @xvxcolbyxvx
Scott Witherow (EDDIE "LEADFOOT" WHEELER)
Scott Witherow is excited to make his first appearance with Fractured Actors. He is a Coast Guard avionics/electronics technician, and co-owner of the Witherb Sourdough bakery. Scott has acted in plays and musicals in California and Alaska, and was featured in a radio play performed by Kodiak Stagecraft. A musician and composer, he has performed with several bands and orchestras in California, North Carolina, and Alaska, and he is currently a member of the band, When Wolves Count Sheep. Scott's greatest accomplishment is convincing his wife to marry him. He would like to thank his children for enduring his busy schedule.
