Bethlehem Inn is abuzz with excitement. The "No Vacancy" sign has been displayed for the first time in years, due to the census.  Each guest will receive a gold coin to deposit and enter the Inn. As you are greeted by Sol and Leah, the Innkeepers, you find their family is not accustomed to having so many guests, and the situation becomes quite comical from the beginning. The family and townsfolk serve the guests their different courses of the meal, making the guests a part of the action. 

With an engaging plot and enchanting characters, mystery, drama, comedy, intrigue, music, action, humor, and a real sense of life in the year 1 BCE all reveal a theme…"Where is your Treasure?"  More arrivals at the Inn, three well-heeled wise guys, a Roman soldier, the Rabbi, and more travelers there simply isn't room amidst the crowd enjoying each course through dessert and some real theatrical wonder.

Bethlehem Inn, directed by Rocco and Kathi-Lee Wilson of Theatrix Productions, has been a sold out event over in past years around Virginia Beach. Now you get to experience Bethlehem Inn, an immersive feast for the eyes  ears and mouth, re-imagined this December as a section of FFX Theatre is transformed. Go back over 20 centuries to plunge into the crowded inn run by a wonderful family with no small amount of drama and antics, and with a cook that has prepared a wonderful feast for you. Are more visitors arriving? Where will they put them?

Special Seating Area for this Performance:

The ‘Inn’ is where you and your family are seated, and the entire area also serves as the stage for the performance, with all the drama, comedy, and music right in your midst as the courses of the meal are served. Where is FFX Theater?

Family Fun Xperience Theatre offers live, interactive theatrical shows year-round. FFX is located at the Virginia Beach oceanfront, near the Pier and Ferris Wheel, off 16th Street between Atlantic Avenue and Pacific Avenue. Look for the orange awning at our main entrance. Uber, Lyft, and FreeBee can drop off right at our entrance on 16th Street.

The performance space at FFX is on the 2nd floor of a historic oceanfront building. The grand stairway has 20 steps and is required for patron entry. No elevator or lift is currently available.

Parking:

Parking is FREE in the lot next to the theatre, off 16th Street between Pacific and Atlantic avenues, during your showtime at FFX!  Additional parking for shows and performances is available all around the oceanfront area. Metered street parking is also free in December nearby.
