Maggie UptonMaggie has long been an actress, director and producer here in Sacramento, often working with California Stage in midtown. Her last show with local playwright Charlotte Higgins was Crazy Betty that was met with much success! Having just completed her role of Aunt Abby Brewster in Arsenic and Old Lace, we are excited to have her bring her directing talents to The Ooley Theatre.

Elise HodgeElise is the creative director of EMH Productions and the founder of The Artist's Collective. For the past 11 years she has been supporting local artists with their love of theatre as well as pursuing her own creative endeavors. It is with great enthusiasm she assists Maggie Upton with this wonderful show!

The Artist's Collective is thrilled to have Maggie Upton be the first up in our 2023 Season of Dreams. This year we focus on the company members who have a dream project they wish to put on stage or screen and this is Maggie's! She attempted to do this show in 2020 and well, we all know what happened there, which also prevented her from producing again in 2021. But we are proud to have her join us and put this complex study of love and marriage on stage at The Ooley Theatre!
This season we will feature some of our company members with their own original works as well as our first musical! Check out our shows as the year unfolds!
