Stephanie Zaragoza (Velma Kelly)
Stephanie is a senior at DDE. This is her fourth year in the musical and her eleventh theater production. She was last seen in Express Show Choir’s Enemy as the Queen of Cruelty. She plans to continue her career in acting and singing after high school! She will treasure the memories she has made during her time at Eisenhower, specifically the theater department. She would like to thank her directors, family, and friends for their undying support! She is thrilled to be on stage once more and cannot wait for you all to see her as Velma Kelly!
Andrea Caratachea (Roxie Hart)
Andrea is a senior and is excited for her final production at Eisenhower. This her fifth spring musical, debuting in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat and was last seen as the beloved Audrey in Little Shop of Horrors.. Andrea will forever miss being a part of Eisenhower’s performing arts. She would like to ardently thank her lucky stars, her loved ones, and everyone that helps make the musical happen.
Jackson Blouin (Billy Flynn)
Jackson is a senior and is very excited to conclude his high school theater career as Billy Flynn. You might have seen Jackson in this years Express Show Choir's performance as the Witch Doctor, Juror Eight in 12 Angry Jurors, the voice of Audrey II in Little Shop of Horrors, Aldo in The Butler Did It, and Frank Sr. in Catch Me if You Can. Jackson would like to thank his amazing teachers and directors for teaching him everything he knows.
Nick Navarrete (Amos Hart)
Nicolas, a sophomore, is exhilarated to perform as Amos Hart in the Eisenhower's choral department production of Chicago. After tip-toeing the stage in last year's musical, Little Shop of Horrors, doing small parts, he is excited to take on a bigger role this year. Alongside two years of Express Show Choir, Nicolas finds himself on the stage very often and is thankful for the opportunities that have been presented to him. Finally, thank you to those who have supported him in his acting career,
Isabella Martinez (Mama Morton)
Isabella Martinez is currently a freshman and so excited to see where the music program will take her. She is very grateful for all that she has received from the music program. She wants to thank everyone who has supported her and helped her through her first experience in a musical, as a supporting lead.
Liliana Martinez (Mary Sunshine)
Liliana is a junior and this is her third production. You may have seen her in Catch Me If You Can (Ensemble), Little Shop Of Horrors (Shing-A-Ling) and this past falls Twelve Angry Jurors (Number Two). She is very excited to be back on stage to share her love for theater. "
Makenna Murphy (Liz)
Makenna is a sophomore who is excited to be back up on stage! She will be on stage performing as Liz, one of the Merry Murderesses. This is her second musical that she has been a part of at Eisenhower. She was last seen on stage performing with the Eisenhower Express Show Choir for her second season and also has been seen on stage during the Eisenhower High School production of Little Shop of Horrors in her role of a Shing-A-Ling (Street Urchin). She is really ecstatic to be performing again! Makenna is looking forward to many excellent performances. She would like to dedicate this year’s performances in memory of her Pepa. She knows that he is looking down from heaven, cheering her on.
Jessica Hall (Annie)
Jessica is a junior and this is her second musical at Eisenhower High School. She was previously seen in Little Shop of Horrors which was last years production. She has also been seen in the Express Show Choir in their production of Enemy. Jessica is also a member of Honors Choir and is looking forward to continuing her journey in the choral department.
Gloria Guerrero (June)
Gloria is a senior at DDE and is excited to return to the stage for her final show. She has previously been seen on stage for her parts in the production of Little Shop of Horrors, Catch Me If You Can and most recently Express Show Choir's performance of Enemy. Gloria enjoys being a part of Honors Concert Choir and is glad to have spent her high school career involved in the music department. She would like to thank her friends and family for all the support and give a special thanks to the family she has created through the program.
Hailey Walsh (Hunyak)
Hailey is a senior that has loved being a part of the music and theater programs throughout her years here at Eisenhower. She has been in many different productions such as Little Shop Of Horrors, 12 Angry Jurors, Express Express Show Choir in the show Enemy, Cardinal Regiment, and much more. With this being her last performance in her high school career, she wants to thank her best friend and mom for supporting her through every step.
Audrey Van Houten (Mona)
Audrey is a sophomore at Eisenhower and is excited to be in her second musical production here. You may recognize her from last years production of Little Shop Of Horrors, a member of the Express Show Choir for the past two years, or as a member of the Girls Varsity Swim Team. She would like to thank her parents for pushing her to succeed and her grandmother for taking her to see musicals all her life.
Jazmine Sierra (Go to Hell Kitty/Fan Dancer)
Jazmine is a junior here at Eisenhower and is excited to be back for her third spring musical. You've see her in the Express Show Choir, Cardinal Regiment, and ROTC. Music is a big part of Jazmine's life and she is thankful to be a part of Eisenhower's wonderful program.
Kristofer Alvarez (Emcee)
Kris is a freshman and is proud to have a role in this year's production of Chicago! His previous and first ever role was last year's production of 12 Angry Jurors. He has a great passion for all of the arts, from film to theatre. He would like to thank Mrs. Kledzik, Mrs. Jacklin, and Cassie for their continued efforts to maintain a high-quality drama department and motivating all actors to give their best possible performance.
Miguel Gutierrez (Fred Casely)
Miguel is a junior that is excited to be in the musical. He was last seen on stage with the Express Show Choir. This is his first time being in a musical and knows that it will be fun year.
Javier Ramirez (Fogerty/Harry/Harrison)
Javier is a junior involved in many activities at the school. He is very involved in speech, band, and choir and is excitedly looking forward to his first musical this year.
Giselle Oliva (Reporter/Judge/Fan Dancer)
Giselle is 15 years old and is in the tenth grade. This is her second spring musical and has been previously seen in the production of Little Shop of Horrors and Express Show Choir. She is so excited to be a part of this show and cannot wait to do more in the future. Giselle wants to thank her friends and family for always encouraging her to do the activities she loves.
Juan Pablo Araiza (Clerk)
Juan Pablo Araiza is a freshman and he is very excited to be here. Juan wanted to express his emotions more and especially in front of an audience, so he auditioned for Express Show Choir and loved it. He wanted more from the preforming arts and auditioned for this year’s musical and is having a blast.. He has had a lot of fun joining us in this year’s musical as well as being a great performer. Juan is really glad that his hard work is paying off for this musical and hopes he can be in more performances. Juan wants to thank his family for supporting him in the musical and his teachers for helping him throughout the show and really thanks them for their hard work. Juan is also in other clubs and activities such as the previously mentioned Express Show Choir, drama Club, the Marksmanship team and Cardinal Regiment as a member of the color guard.
Emily Zarco (Juror One)
Emily Zarco-Delgado is senior and is happy to be a part of this production. This is her first time in a musical; however, she is no stranger to the music and drama department. She is a four year member of the Cardinal Regiment Marching Band(trumpet player). She has also been a part of the First Class Acapella, Cardinal Big Band, Express Show Choir Combo, Women’s Honors Choir, Symphonic Band, Mariachi Band(lead vocalist), Performance in the Round and Group Interpretation. She would like to thank her music and drama directors for giving her the opportunity to expand and explore her passions as well as her talents. She would also like to thank her family and friends for supporting her throughout these four years.
Alexandra Trejo (Ensemble)
Alexandra Trejo is junior at Dwight D. Eisenhower High School. This is their debut on stage playing in the musical Chicago in the Ensemble. They are also a part of creative writing club, drama club, and an Educators Rising Member. They would like to thank their friends and family that help them find the confidence to audition for Chicago. They would like to thank their friend of five years for always being by their side.
Alexa Munoz (Billy Flynn Fan Dancer/Ensemble)
Alexa is a junior and is very excited to be part of the spring musical. She has been in the production Enemy with the Express Show Choir and Little Shop of Horrors ( Radio Girl/Townsperson). She is also part of the choir department. She would like to thank her family and friends for supporting her.
Aliah Dolar (Ensemble)
Aliah is a junior and is excited to be in this year's musical as it is her first one. She has also been a part of Express Show Choir's production of Enemy this year. She was encouraged by her friends, family, and staff from school to join and be part of this production. Aliah would have never thought to be in anything else besides marching band and swim and would love to continue all of these activities during her senior year.
Andrea Delgado (Billy Flynn Fan Dancer/Ensemble)
Andrea Delgado is currently a junior and has been working very hard for this production. She has not yet been in any productions prior to this and is extremely eager to be on the stage! Aside from preforming, Andrea also likes to sing on her own time and play guitar. She would like to thank her friends for encouraging her along the way, as well as her siblings.
Avril Guzman (Ensemble)
Avril is excited to be in this years musical by being part of the Ensemble. Chicago will be her first ever musical and hopes to do many more in the future. Avril has participated in Cardinal Regiment and is enrolled in band and choir this year. She hopes to put on a good performance and that everyone enjoys the show!
Bethany Bell (Ensemble)
Bethany is a sophomore and is very excited to be a part of this production. Her stage credits include the lead role in The Wiz. She is no stranger to the stage as she has been singing, dancing, and modeling from a young age. Bethany would like to thank the wonderful teachers and staff for this opportunity. She would also like to dedicate this performance to all those individuals who love the theater: this one's for you!
Brianna Torrence-Jones (Placard Girl/Fan Dancer/Ensemble)
Brianna is a junior and thrilled to be a part of this years spring musical and is excited about her debut on stage. Outside of theater, she is in Color-guard (Cardinal Regiment) , Cardinal Swim & Dive, Leo Club,Youth & Government, and African American Cultural Awareness (AACA). She would also like to thank her friends for encouraging her to join this years show!
Christian Luckett (Ensemble)
Christian Luckett is a sophomore who is very excited to be in the spring production of Chicago. Christian has been very motivated and determined to put on the best show anyone would ever see. He has also been included in the production of Enemy with Express Show Choir. Christian enjoys his time on stage and hopes to elevate his performances more and more in the future!
Danny Larson (Ensemble)
Danny is a junior who is greatly anticipating this year's first production. He didn't really have much feelings towards joining until his peers and staff around him encouraged him to try it out. Which he did and now he's enjoying every minute of his experience being in the Chicago musical. Danny was just a football player who decided to join choir and now he's grown so much and matured not only on the football field but as a vocalist also.
Glorianne Ilano (Billy Flynn Fan Dancer/Ensemble)
Glorianne is a senior and this is her first musical. She’s excited to perform an amazing show alongside her friends. Recently she’s been in Enemy for Express Show Choir. She also enjoys dancing, singing, crocheting, and listening to Kpop. She would like to dedicate this performance towards her friends and family who have always supported her.
Itzel Lopez Sandoval (Billy Flynn Fan Dancer/Ensemble)
Itzel Lopez Sandoval is a senior and is very ecstatic about her first show. She has been in Women's Honors Choir for two years. She has always been interested in musicals and finally decided to give performing in a show a shot. She would like to give a big thank you to her family, friends, and directors for helping her get to where she is and the support. She will miss everyone and sends warm wishes to all.
Jaeline Bates (Placard Girl/Fan Dancer/Ensemble)
Jaeline Bates is extremely excited to be in this year’s musical as a freshmen. She is only 15 years old and dancing, singing, and acting has always been hobbies she loves. Jaeline was just in Express Show Choir a few months ago which she really enjoyed and in mixed choir. Jaeline is a caring, friendly, supportive, and enthusiastic person; she is also an animal lover. Her goal is to keep doing what she loves as well as achieve her dreams.
Janese Torres (Ensemble)
Janese is so excited to be preforming her second musical here at Eisenhower! She feels absolutely honored to be able to preform one of her all time favorite Broadway musical’s: Chicago. When she is not on stage practicing choreo/singing, she’s participating in a few of her current hobbies such as: sewing, making bracelets, and catching up on her Netflix shows. Janese is currently a junior here at Eisenhower and spends most of her time taking notes in class and talking to her friends.
Melissa Guzman (Billy Flynn Fan Dancer/Ensemble)
Melissa Guzman is a senior and is thrilled to be involved in this years spring musical! This is her first musical production but is not her first time on stage. You may have seen Melissa involved in Cardinal Regiment, Express Show Choir, and Mariachi and Orchestra. Melissa is grateful to have experienced all sides of the music department throughout high school and will continue to pursue her love of music as a hobby after graduation. Finally, Melissa would like to thank her friends and family for their support over these past four years.
Rayanna Staples (Ensemble)
This is Rayanna’s first musical which she is really excited about. Rayanna has already been in Express show choir, and absolutely loved it. She cannot wait to see the spectacular results of the musical!
Shakira Johnson (Ensemble)
Shakira Johnson is a 15 year old sophomore who loves the Cardinal Performing Arts Department. Her stage successes include 12 Angry Jurors (Clerk) and The Little Shop of Horrors (Musical Pit Band). You may have also seen her in the school’s Cardinal Regiment Marching Band, basketball, track and field and choir. She would like to give thanks to her supportive family for encouraging her to pursue her dreams of theatre and singing.
Siurabe Rico (Ensemble)
Siurabe is a freshman and she is exhilarated to be a part of this big family we have created. The songs that she will be in are All That Jazz, Razzle Dazzle, Me And My Baby, Courtroom, My Own Best Friend, Cell Block Tango and even When You're Good To Moma, etc. Siurabe is part of the ensemble. Apart from the administration in which she dances and sings she enjoys her choir class and loves to spend time with her dog named Shadow and also enjoys being with family and friends. Siurabe is kind and is tender-hearted with everyone.
William Murrell (Ensemble)
William Murrell is a senior at Dwight D Eisenhower High School and is performing in Chicago in the Ensemble. He played Darcy in Newsies his freshman year of high school. He is also a Varsity Cardinal Bowler, a drama club member, and was in the video gaming club. He wants to thank his family members, teachers, and friends who encouraged him to join.
Zamon Miller (Ensemble)
Zamon is a junior and he admires every aspect of running a show. He is a very hardworking and down to earth person and will help when asked. This will be Zamon’s first debut performance and he just wants to thank his friends, family and the staff around him for encouraging him to join the Chicago musical production this year; he even has a role as the doctor in this year's show. Zamon was just a band kid that never thought he’d be in something like Express Show Choir or the musical. But, now he’s in many school activities like speech, A cappella, Express Show Choir, student council, the musical, and the wonderful marching band.

Rocio is a senior and is exited to be in her fourth DDE production. She has been part of the music and theater department for all four years of high school. She was prop master for Little Shop Of Horrors and for this years fall play Twelve Angry Jurors. This year she is assistant director and is honored to be given the opportunity. She would like to thank Mrs. Jacklin and Mrs. Kledzik along with the rest of crew for making her experience so much fun; she will miss everyone!
Esther Heyboer (Stage Manager/Prop Master)
Esther Heyboer is a Junior here at Eisenhower. She was in the Fall play "12 Angry Jurors.) She has also been in two GI shows, most recently she starred as Percy Jackson in "Percy Jackson and the Lightning Thief." Esther is excited to be a part of crew and has enjoyed doing props for the first time!
