About Little Women
Little Women follows the lives of the March sisters: romantic Meg, spirited Jo, loving Beth, and tenacious Amy. This play adaptation chronicles their childhood in the 1860s, as they strive to be kind, intelligent, and imaginative young women. However, as adulthood nears, each sister faces the challenge of balancing her own aspirations with the expectations placed on her by society. Set against the backdrop of a war-torn world shaped by gender, class, and personal loss, Jo March embarks on her greatest journey—writing the story of the March sisters, four imperfect women who navigate the complexities of life with love, courage, and resilience.
