Emma! A Pop Musical Cast

Kylie Mirra (Emma Woodhouse)
is a senior. This will be her 23rd. theatrical production and her fourth year performing here at DRRHS. Kylie's favorite role she has played is Wendy Darling in “Lost Girl.” Some of her other appearances with the Theatre Company include Wadsworth in “Clue (High School Edition)”, Pamela in “Head Over Heels (High School Edition),” and Perkins in “The Play That Goes Wrong High School Edition”, amongst several other shows. She also teaches vocals outside of school and is the Music Director for BMS Drama Club. Kylie has been a vocal captain for the musicals for three years and is currently the International Thespian Society Historian.
Isabella Saumweber (Harriet Smith)
is a sophomore. This will be her second year in the Theater Company and first year as International Thespian Society Vice President. She was featured in our productions of “Lost Girl” as Nina, “Head Over Heels (High School Edition)” as “Mopsa”, and “The Play That Goes Wrong High School Edition” as Sandra. She is also currently enrolled in our Advanced Theatre Arts Honors class. She is very excited to be working with us again and to be a part of this production.
Harrison Baglini (Jeff Knightley)
is a sophomore. This will be his first performance with the DRRHS Theatre Company. He is excited to be a part of this production and to get involved with the theatre community at DR.
Charles Favali (Frankie Churchill/Ensemble)
is a junior. This will be his second year working with the DRRHS Theater Company. Last year, he performed as Musidorus in the production of “Head Over Heels (High School Edition). He participates in the Advanced Theatre Arts class here at DRRHS. He is excited to work with the cast and is ready for what the production will bring!
Mary Petitto (Jane Fairfax/Ensemble)
is a senior. This will be her seventh production with the DRRHS Theatre Company! Mary has played the Unexpected Cop/Singing Telegram Girl in “Clue (High School Edition)”, Mike Costa in "A Chorus Line: Teen Edition", the Detective in "Lost Girl", Ensemble/Choreographer in “Head Over Heels (High School Edition)”, amongst other roles in one act plays and other local and community theaters. She is looking forward to performing this amazing piece, and can’t wait to be back on stage with all of her friends.
Katie Pereira (Ashley/Ensemble)
is a senior. This will be her third year with the DRRHS Theatre Company. She starred as Mark in “A Chorus Line: Teen Edition,” Chris/Inspector Carter in “The Play That Goes Wrong High School Edition,” was a dancer and ensemble member in “Head Over Heels: (High School Edition),” acted in multiple One Act Play Festivals, and is currently in the Advanced Theatre Arts Honors class.
Grace Swicker (Philip Elton/Ensemble)
is a sophomore. This will be her third performance at DRRHS. She has a true passion for theatre. She also has some experience in terms of stage performing as she is on a competitive dance team. She is very grateful to be a part of this performance and community.
Gabriel McCrohan (Martin/Ensemble)
is a senior. This will be his sixth production at DRRHS. He has appeared as the Cook in "Clue (High School Edition)", Al DeLuca in "A Chorus Line: Teen Edition", Peter Pan in "Lost Girl", a member of the ensemble in "Head Over Heels (High School Edition)", and Jonathan/Charles Haversham in "The Play That Goes Wrong High School Edition." He is thrilled to be a part of this year's production and can't wait to see all the talent from this year's cast and crew!
Annastasia Rhenow (Welcoming Committee/Ensemble)
is a junior. This will be her third year working with the DRRHS Theatre Company. In past shows, she was Dametas in “Head Over Heels (High School Edition)”, Connie in “A Chorus Line: Teen Edition”, and Annie in “The Play That Goes Wrong High School Edition.” This year she is active in the International Thespian Society as the President.
Isabella Fernandes (Welcoming Committee/ Ensemble)
is a sophomore. This is her second show with the DRRHS Theatre Company. She has enjoyed working with this amazing cast and is extremely excited to share the stage with such talented people.
M0 Duczkowski (Welcoming Committee/Ensemble)
is a freshmen. This will be her first performance with the DRRHS Theatre Company.
Dr. Jacqueline Ash (Miss Bates)
Our esteemed principal, Dr. Jacqueline Ash, steps out of her usual role and into the limelight for the very first time! Though her voice resonates through the halls via the mighty intercom and “Caw Caw” calls, tonight she trades amplified announcements for dramatic declarations under the stage lights. Thrilled to be amidst the talented company of DRRHS Theatre Company, Dr. Ash embraces this unexpected adventure with open arms (and maybe a hint of nervous excitement). Witnessing the dedication and passion pouring into this production has left her both inspired and incredibly grateful for the opportunity to join the creative fray.
Ms. Alison King (Miss Taylor)
Ms. Alison A. King is the Social Studies Department Chair at DRRHS and a 28 year veteran of the teaching profession. Her theatre experience began as a student at DRRHS where she performed in Fame, Grease, Fools, and The Music Man. She later directed Fame at DRRHS in 1999. Since then she has performed in productions at Barker Playhouse, the Newport Playhouse, and the Contemporary Theater Company where she portrayed the Beggar Woman in Sweeney Todd. She is thrilled to be working with the D-R Theatre Company again. Thank you to to Ms. LaSalle, Mr. LaSalle, and the entire company for your support. Keep the arts alive in Dighton and Rehoboth!
