Anastasia Cast

Fay (Anya/Grand Duchess Anastasia Nikolaevna Romanov) is in her 6th and last show with Crestwood. She is beyond excited to get to embody such a powerful female role as her last one. She’d like to tell everyone that hard work does pay off in the long run. Keep going!

Ali Boussi (Dmitry Sudayev) is in his 4th show with Crestwood Theatre, and he’s very excited to portray the role as Dimitri. Previously in Crestwood Theatre’s productions of Matilda (Bruce) , Puffs ( J.finch ) , Spongebob ( Buster Bluetang ) , and Dearborn Youth Theatre’s production of Moana Jr ( Ocean Ensemble). Ali would also like to thank his friends and family for pushing him to be the best he can be.

Lara (Dowager Empress Maria Feodorovna Romanov) this is Lara's 7th production with Crestwood Theatre. She wants to thank her mom Dr. Elhajj for understanding her busy schedule and late nights, and her best friend Maria. Lastly, She would like to thank Cayla for giving her the opportunity to be President of this club, and for having a space where she can express herself. Thank you for the past three years!

Chris (Vladimir “Vlad” Popov) is in his 4th production with Crestwood Theater, and he’d like you to know that Lara Elhajj has written his bio’s for 3 of those shows because he never writes anything worth listening to. Thank you Crestwood Theatre. Peace out!

Carl Littlejohn (Gleb Vaganov) is in his 7th show with Team Alpha Drama. He is so grateful to finish his theatrical journey with Crestwood Theatre with the production of Anastasia! He'd like to thank everyone who believed and still believes in him. He also wants to let everyone know that he's HERE EVERYDAY!!!!

Lydia Smith (Countess Lily Malevsky-Malevitch) is in her 6th show with Crestwood drama, and she's very excited to play Lily! She'd like to thank her director for supporting her!!

Alex (Tsar Nicholas II Romanov, Count Gregory Featured Ensemble) is in his 6th show with the Crestwood drama club, and he's very excited to be the king of Romanov Tsar Nicholas ll. He would like to thank his friends for convincing him to stay and get this role.

Kelsey Genga (Tsarina Alexandra Feodorovna, Featured Ensemble) is in her 6th production with Crestwood Theatre, and she is beyond excited for this show. She would like to thank all of her friends and family for being so supportive of her throughout the years in theatre, and she’s very excited to enjoy her last show with her TAD family.

Mayas Abouzenni (Olga, Odette (Ballerina),Featured Ensemble) is on her 5th show with Crestwood Theatre , she is so excited to perform and really get to expand and showcase her dancing abilities! She loves theater and can't wait for the rest of her time with drama!

Yasmin Abu Alaywa (Tatiana, Featured Ensemble) is in her 4th show with drama, and she is ready to slay all day! She would like to thank her sister and mom for always driving her.

Maya Anani (Maria, Featured Ensemble) is in her 4th show with drama, she is so excited to play her roles as Maria, Dunya, and many other ensemble roles! She would love to thank her friends and family for getting her to where she is today and maintaining constant supports throughout her journey!

Yanjie Zhu (Count Ipolitov, Featured Ensemble) is in his 4th show with Team Alpha Drama. He's extremely thankful to play Count Ipolitov and sing one of his favorite number. He'd like to thank his family and his mentors' for fueling his passion to do what he wants to do in life. Let Anastasia forever be in our favorable dreams.

Brenden Young (Commissioner Gorlinsky, Featured Ensemble) is very excited to act for the first time with Crestwood drama. He is also going to be working as prop manager at the same time which he knows may be stressful but he will work through it. He wants to thank his seeester and the rest of his family, friends and teachers for being supportive of him. Enjoy the show!!!

Megan Zundel (Countess Gregory, Featured Ensemble) is so excited to be in her 6th and final show with Crestwood Theatre, she would like to thank her friends and family for their continued support. She is sad to be performing for the last time as a student on the Crestwood stage but is so grateful for all the amazing friends and memories she has made in the club! :)

Aleena Bazzi (Ensemble) is in her 5th show with drama!! She is very excited to play ensemble and work with her amazing and talented cast mates. She’d like to thank her mom and her best friend Madison for encouraging her to follow her dreams, whether they worked out or not. hi mom

Ilona Kovach (Ensemble) is in her second show with drama, and she is very excited to be in ensemble! She would like to thank her family and friends for supporting her and helping her stay on track during the process of this show!

Navien Nasser (Ensemble) is in her 1st show with Crestwood Theatre, she is very excited to be a part of the cast. She wants to thank her friends and family for supporting her decisions and helping her make her dream come true.

Sofia Castrillon-Ibarra (Young Anastasia), 11 yrs old loves theatre and has been in 12 other productions in the Dearborn and Downriver area. She is super excited to be part of this amazing production. She’d like to thank the Director, Crew and Cast for the opportunity to be part of the Anastasia Cast. Thank you for coming out to support this amazing, inspiring and talented cast. Break a Leg, Cast!!

Indy (Junior Ensemble) is in his second show with Crestwood. He would love to thank of his mom and dad and his siblings Ani and Emerson. He would like to thank Cayla for giving him this opportunity and for showing him how to perform and Ani for getting him interested in musicals.

Ani Havenstein (Teen Anastasia) is in her 2nd show with drama after being in Matilda over the summer. She is a student at Flat Rock High School where she does music theatre and plays tuba in band. She would like to thank her family for supporting her and Kayla for giving her this opportunity!

Emerson (Junior Ensemble) is in his second show with Crestwood. He performed in Matilda over last summer. He would love to thank his mom and dad, his siblings, Ani, and Indy. He would also love to thank Cayla for giving him this opportunity again to perform.
