About Escape Room - Haunted Stage: The Ghost's Lock In

Welcome to "Haunted Stage: The Ghost's Lock In," an electrifying escape room experience set in the shadowy corners of a once-glorious theatre, now haunted by a restless spirit. After a captivating show, as the audience begins to leave, you and your friends find yourselves mysteriously locked inside the Main Street Theatre. The stage lights flicker, the curtains sway, and a chilling realization dawns—you are not alone.

The tale is as eerie as it is tragic. Evelyn Hart, the theatre’s celebrated star, vanished under mysterious circumstances decades ago. Legend has it that her spirit remains bound to the theatre, cursing anyone who lingers after the final curtain call. Now, her ghost is intent on keeping you trapped, just as she was.

In "Haunted Stage: The Ghost's Lock In," every clue you uncover and every puzzle you solve brings you closer to freedom—or to becoming part of the ghostly legend yourself. Can you unravel the mystery, break the curse, and escape before the clock strikes midnight? The ghostly theatre awaits...

Community Players, Inc.

Community Players, Inc. is a non-profit, volunteer-run, donor-sustained organization.

Our volunteer and donor support has given Community Players Inc. the opportunity to provide entertainment to Sulphur Springs and the surrounding areas for 40+ years!

In addition to our primary mission of furthering the Arts, we strive to provide opportunities to aspiring actors and actresses, as well as persons interested in the “behind the scenes” workings of theatre.

We also bring opportunity and fun to the children of Sulphur Springs and the surrounding area by offering a Children’s Workshop during the summer season. This has been a very successful endeavor that allows our children the chance to see what happens throughout the production of a play from start to finish, as well as give them the opportunity to perform or control the backstage elements of a performance.

There is no cost to participate in our productions (except nominal fees for workshops) and newcomers are encouraged to try out!
