Refund/Exchange Policy

We’re proud to support our campus community and appreciate your interest in our productions. If your plans change, we’re happy to offer the following ticket exchange options: 1. Exchange Eligibility     •    Tickets may be exchanged up to 24 hours before the scheduled performance.     •    Exchanges are subject to seating availability and apply only to performances of the same production.     •    Tickets purchased through unauthorized resale platforms are not eligible for exchange. 2. How to Request an Exchange To request a ticket exchange, please contact the Theatre Box Office by email, phone, or in person. Include your name, order details, and the performance date you’d like to attend. Exchanges are not permitted after the scheduled performance has passed.     •    Complimentary tickets and certain discounted promotions may be ineligible for exchange; restrictions will be stated when tickets are issued.     •    Missed performances are considered forfeited and are non-refundable. Late Policy

At Casper College Theatre, we strive to create a respectful and immersive experience for both our performers and audience. To minimize disruptions, we ask all guests to arrive with ample time before the performance begins. 1. Lobby Opens / Doors Close     •    The theatre lobby opens 30 minutes prior to curtain.     •    Theatre doors close promptly at the scheduled start time. 2. Late Arrivals     •    Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the House Manager and only during an appropriate break in the performance.     •    In some cases, late seating may not be possible until intermission (if applicable).     •    Reserved seats are not guaranteed after the performance has started; alternate seating may be provided. 3. No Refunds for Latecomers Please note that we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for missed performances due to late arrival. 4. Plan Ahead We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes early to allow time for parking, ticket scanning, and finding your seat.
