In the fog-draped village of Sleepy Hollow, one legend reigns above all others: a headless Hessian soldier, killed in the fury of the Revolutionary War, rides the night roads in search of his lost head.

Ichabod Crane, the town's wide-eyed and ambitious schoolteacher, has heard the stories. He's also set his sights on the lovely Katrina Van Tassel — and made an enemy of her most determined suitor in the process. But romantic rivalries feel small when the road home runs through the hollow at midnight.

Based on Washington Irving's classic American tale, Hans & Peter Boedel's adaptation blends wit, warmth, and just enough shadow to keep you wondering — is the Horseman real, or is something else entirely afoot in Sleepy Hollow?
