About Into the Woods: Step into a world where fairy tales collide in Stephen Sondheim’s and James Lapine’s enchanting musical. The story weaves together the lives of a Baker and his wife, who dream of having a child; Cinderella, who yearns to attend the King's Festival; and Jack, who wishes for his cow to give milk. When the Baker and his wife discover that a Witch's curse is preventing them from having a child, they embark on a quest to lift the spell, bringing with them other beloved fairytale characters like Little Red Riding Hood, Rapunzel, and a duo of Princes. As each character's wish is granted, they soon realize that their actions have far-reaching and disastrous consequences.

Celebrate 25 years: The Strom Auditorium has been a cornerstone of our community’s cultural life for 25 years, hosting a wide range of performances from theatre and music to dance. Our mission is to foster a love for the arts and provide a platform for both emerging and established artists. We are dedicated to training students in a state-of-the-art facility, preparing them for the professional world whether as performers, designers, or technicians. After the musical, the winter season will be filled with music, featuring band and chorus concerts, including Jazz Band, Treble Choir, and Chamber Singers. We are also hosting the Jazz All-State Festival and the District III Music Festival. Spring brings our Drama Festival Season, our Spring play, and fabulous dance performances.
