Mamma Mia! Cast

Lauren Gilder is thrilled to be portraying Donna in Mamma Mia as her final show at Brentwood High School. She has participated in every school production since her freshman year and could not be more proud of what the cast and crew have accomplished. You may have recently seen her on stage as Attorney Stevens in Night of January 16th in the fall play. Most recently she played Hope Caldwell in Urinetown as Anna Boleyn in Six at the Franklin Theater this past January. Lauren would like to thank her family, Mrs Moody Mr. Stone, and Mrs. Pratt for their support and encouragement. She hopes you enjoy the show!

This is Mia’s 6th show at Brentwood Theatre and she is thrilled to be playing such an iconic role! She wants to thank Mr. Stone and Mrs. Pratt for all their guidance and the whole cast for putting together such an amazing production! She also wants to shoutout her 2 besties, Clare + Lily, who have made this show so memorable and her first high school show with her little sis, Shea! Enjoy the show and dot dot dot!

Reagan Schmicker is so excited you decided to take a chance on seeing this show! Last fall, she appeared as the accused Karen Andre, and last spring, she played The Wardrobe in Beauty and the Beast. She attended Governor’s School for Theatre Performing Arts last summer, and she is TN Allstate Theatre and Allstate Choir. Currently, she is choreographing Lion King Jr. at Scales Elementary, so you could call her the dancing queen! She hopes you enjoy the show…and thank you Beyoncé!

Evelyn is so excited to be playing Sophie in Mamma Mia! She has always ‘had a dream’ to get to be in Mamma Mia! She was previously seen as a featured dancer in Footloose and Beauty and the Beast, Elsa in Frozen, as well as the music director for High School Musical, the 24 hour musical. Andie is stoked to be apart of this production of Mamma Mia! This is her fourth and final musical at Brentwood and she has enjoyed being apart of the Brentwood Theatre community these past four years. As the Dance Captain, this show has been SO much fun to dance in and she has loved getting to see everyone express themselves. Abby is a Senior at Brentwood this year and is excited/sad to perform in her last show. She has performed in all of the spring musicals and two of the fall plays, as well as participated in choir and yearbook. She is attending UTK in the fall! Go Vols!! This is Mikhail's third major production at BHS. You've seen him in iconic roles such as the motorist from CLUE and the Swedish guy from The Night of January 16th. He also loves to perform in the yearly one-acts! Now get ready for him to lay all his love on you as Sky in Mamma Mia! Shoutout to his dog, Bella, for being a good dog. London is thrilled to return for his third production with Brentwood Mainstage Theater as Pepper in Mamma Mia! Previous credits include Guts Regan in Night of January 16th. Jackson Campbell is thrilled to be playing the role of Bill in Brentwood High School's production of Mamma Mia! This will be Jackson's fifth Main Stage Production here at BHS. He would like to thank his family, friends, and the amazing cast and crew for their unwavering support throughout this show. He hopes you enjoy the show!

Zachery Gosse is a senior this year, and this is his 8th production at BHS. Some of his favorite past roles include Gaston in Beauty and the Beast, Mr. Green in Clue, and Peter Parker/Spider-Man in his original fan film, What Would Spider-Man Do, (available on YouTube). This fall he will be attending SCAD for film acting and screenwriting. He’d like to thank his family, friends, and mentors for their constant support!

Lily is so excited to perform in mamma Mia! This will be her third production at Brentwood high school. Her role of Tanya understudy and featured dancer has been her favorite yet! Another one of her favorite roles includes Mrs.Wormwood in Matilda the musical! She hopes you enjoy the show!

Hey Dancing Queens!!! Taylor is On and On and On excited to be playing Rosie Understudy and ensemble in Brentwood High School’s Mamma Mia! Our Last Summer, Taylor toured with the School of Rock’s Houseband to California. This summer, you can find her in Gift of Song’s productions of Six (Katherine Howard) and Legally Blonde (Paulette). And in her free time, Honey, Honey, Taylor enjoys procrastinating (a true Super Trouper), playing the bass, making Money Money Money as a barista, and going on Crazy World adventures with her friends. Taylor is a Head Over Heels ABBA fan and hopes you enjoy the show as much as she does—Take a Chance on Me, you won’t regret it!

Hallie Mae is so excited to be performing in Mamma Mia. She has loved and enjoyed her leadership role as the assistant dance captain. She has been heavily involved in dancing her whole life, as it is a passion of hers. She was awarded a scholarship at a convention this past year. She feels so blessed to have found her love for theater and the friends and memories that come with it. You may have seen her as the head cheerleader in the 24-hour performance of "High School Musical." She is so grateful for this wonderful opportunity of being in her second show here at BHS. She is so thankful for Mr. Stone, Mrs. Pratt, and Mrs. Megan for being such amazing mentors and for putting this phenomenal show together. She also is incredibly thankful for her parents and her older sister for being so encouraging and supportive. Enjoy the show!

Grace is so excited to be in her third mainstage show at Brentwood and represent BHS at Tennesse Allstate Theater this year! She most recently played Magda Svenson in the Fall mainstage production, The Night of January 16th. Grace has had so much fun dancing in Mamma Mia and can't wait for you to see everyone shine onstage!

This is Shea's 2nd show at BHS and she couldn't be more thrilled to be a part of another show! Some of her previous roles include Elsa in Frozen, Mal in Descendants, and many more opportunities that she is so thankful for! She is so grateful to have been a part of the production of "The Night of January 16th" at Brentwood High directed by Mr. Stone. Shea would really like to thank him for all of the opportunities he's presented her with and she doesn't take it for granted! She would also like to thank Mrs. Megan and Mrs. Pratt as they were a major part of this show and her amazing experience! Along with all of the directors, she would also like to thank her family for all of their love, and her beautiful friends who always support her in whatever she does! This is Penny’s first musical at Brentwood High School and ever! She’s so excited to perform Mamma Mia in front of her friends and family! She’s so grateful for this opportunity and can’t wait to share this experience alongside her friends!

Addy is really excited to be in Mamma Mia! This is her first large production high school show, but she was involved in theater all the way through middle school. You might have seen her in the 24 hour musical, High School Musical, earlier this year! Tatum Avrit is so thrilled to be in the cast of Mamma Mia! This is Tatum’s 4th year in a row of doing the Brentwood High School spring musicals. They have been in multiple productions such as The Lion King, Legally Blonde, Footloose, and many more! They hope you enjoy the show!

This will be Emerson’s second mainstage production at BHS. One of her favorite past roles was Alice in Matilda Jr (BMS). She wants to thank everyone who helped make this show possible, and she hopes that you enjoy the show!

Mamma Mia is Charlotte's third show at Brentwood High School (24 Hour Little Mermaid Jr, 24 Hour High School Musical Jr). Other favorite roles include Belle in Beauty and the Beast Jr. (BMS), Ensemble in Percy Jackson and the Lightning Thief (Stars to the East), and Youth Chorus in Pirates of Penzance (Franklin Light Opera). Beckett is so excited to perform Mamma Mia because he really enjoys the show. You might have seen him earlier this year in Night of January 16 and High School Musical as the court Bailiff and Kratnoff, respectively. He can't wait to stay involved in theatre for the rest of his time at BHS and perform many more shows to come. Enjoy the show!

Hi! I'm Rhea! My first ever theater show was Frozen Jr in 8th grade and ever since then I've always loved theater. I've tried a lot to get into shows but musicals are the most fun in my opinion because there's singing and dancing! I want to thank my mom and my stepdad for always believing me and also my Geebee (grandma) because she got me into theater in the first place! I'm so excited to show everybody this amazing musical and I hope you'll love it just as much as I do! <3

Sydney is so excited to be a part of Mamma Mia this year! This is her first show at Brentwood High School, but you may have seen her in the choir concerts this year or other performances at Brentwood Middle School. Maren is thrilled to be involved in her third musical at Brentwood high school! She enjoys being apart of the theater and acting community in addition to a multitude of other activities she loves, and she believes it to be a great experience for all! This is Coleman’s 2nd show at BHS and his first main stage show! You might of seen him as Ryan in the High School Musical 24hour musical. He has loved being in this production on Mama Mia! Micah is very excited to be participating in BHS’s production of Mamma Mia! This is his third show at BHS, his other roles being Inspector Sweeney in Night of January 16th and Chad in High School Musical Jr. You may have also seen him in BMS’s productions as Wayne in PUFFS and Pabbie in Frozen Jr. He would like to thank his parents, siblings, family, and friends for supporting him through this process.

Anna Bella feels so blessed to be performing in this production of Mamma Mia. This is her second show at BHS, as she made her first appearance in the High School Musical 24-hour production as Gabriella. She has enjoyed being in theatrical performances all her life including performing as Elsa in Frozen at BMS last year. She will forever and always be thankful for her friends and family’s endless encouragement and unconditional love. She wants to give a very special thanks to Mr. Stone, Mrs. Pratt, Ms. Megan, and Mr. Burger for making this show possible and building such a supportive community. Enjoy the show!

This is Jordan’s second show at BHS. His first role was the Court Bailiff Who Said “All Rise” a Few Times and Chilled in the Back Doing Word Searches the Rest of the Time. He is so happy to be in Mamma Mia as the ensemble. His favorite song in the show is “Lay All Your Love” because the boys get to have fun on stage for 3 ish minutes and the boys got to pick some of the choreography themselves for this song! He also enjoys film and hockey outside of theater. Shoutouts to family and friends he made during this show! It’s been so fun to work on this and make Mamma Mia come to life. Enjoy!

This is Brenna’s second musical as she played a teacup in last year’s musical, Beauty and the Beast. You may have seen her at choir concerts as she is in Advanced Women’s Choir. She appreciates the support of her friends and family, and hopes you enjoy the performance.

This is Madelyn's first Brentwood High production, and she is very excited to perform Mamma Mia for all of you! You might have seen her as the Narrator in Puffs, Cecily Chambers in Oddly Puddle, Breeze in Finding Nemo, or Jane in Mary Poppins. Claire is so excited you came to the show! This is her first show at Brentwood High School and she has worked really hard with all of her friends to help it come together! Some of her favorite roles she has played in the past include, Dorothy in The Wizard of Oz (Center Stage), Queen Iduna in Frozen (BMS) Jan in Grease (Acttoo Players), and Ensemble in Mean Girls (Acttooplayers). Claire would like to thank Mr. Stone, Mrs. Pratt, Ms. Megan and Mr. Berger for working their hardest to help make this show awesome! She would also like to thank Lauren Gilder (Donna) for giving her so much guidance and being such a role model that she has looked up to over the years!

This is Sophia’s first show ever, and she is so pumped to be on the other side of the curtain with her friends this time around! She has sung in choir since 6th grade and had a background of twelve years in dance before taking a break. She takes part in myriad school programs including Jazz and Chamber Choir, Speech and Debate, and Writing Club. Sophia would like to thank Mrs. Pratt, Mr. Stone, and her parents for allowing her to take part in such an incredible production!

This will be Presley's third production at BHS! She is so excited to be a part of Mamma Mia, and she hopes you enjoy it as much as she has. Some of Presley's favorite roles include Matilda in Matilda (Center Stage), Clara in Oddly Puddle (BMS), Sour Kangaroo in Seussical (Center Stage), and Xavia Jones in Puffs (BMS). Presley has had a love for theater since she was in second grade, and she's excited to make even more memories in the future. This is Dorothy's first production with Brentwood High School, and she is beyond excited to be a part of this show! Dorothy has been involved in theatre at Brentwood Middle School, with her favorite show to have been in being Frozen. She wants to thank all of the wonderful friends she has made in theatre, her family, and her voice teacher, Christine O'Toole.

Celete Schmicker, a sophomore, made TN Allstate Musical Theatre. Celete is also a WCS Fine Arts Honors winner in both Musical Theatre and Theatre. She was last seen at BPAC as “Kelsi” in High School Musical (24 hour production) and in this year’s fall play she was Mrs. Chandler. Also last year at BPAC she was “Flounder” in The Little Mermaid 24 hr Musical and she loved being a featured dancer in Beauty and the Beast. Thanks so much to my amazing cast, crew & teachers. This is Diya’s second show at Brentwood High. Along with school theatre, Diya also does productions with Act Too Players, and she has been there for 8 years. She is so excited to do this show! Thank you mom and dad for everything you do!

June is currently a sophomore at Brentwood and this will be her second mainstage show with the theater program! Past shows include Beauty and the Beast, Newsies, and The Little Mermaid. She can’t wait for you to see the hard work that has gone into this show!!

Olivia Tamboli is a junior and has loved performing in her first show at Brentwood High. She’s been involved in choir for six years and has loved trying out theater. Enjoy the show!

Ashlyn is thrilled to join the ensemble in Mamma Mia, marking her second show in the high school theater program and her third show overall! Since stepping onto the stage for the first time, she's discovered a passion for performing and is overjoyed to bring the fun vibrant energy of this production to life. Outside of theater, Ashlyn enjoys reading, playing guitar, and she is always looking for new ways to grow creatively. She'd like to thank her family, friends, and the amazing cast and crew for their constant support and encouragement this experience has been unforgettable, and she can't wait to continue pursuing her love of the arts!

This is Jack's second show at BHS and third ever, he has enjoyed being Kristoff in Frozen and Ensemble in The High School Musical.
