Description: This 4-week, intermediate adult improv class is all about getting PLAYFUL while learning what it really means to work well as an ensemble. This class will push you to try to new things and work the “support” muscle in a fun, safe environment. There will be lots of laughs and ridiculousness. Must have Improv 101 experience or long form improv experience.

When: Mondays 6:30 – 8:30 pm  July 1, July 8, July 15, and July 22 (4 weeks.)

Instructor: Kat Kenny

Kathleen Kenny (she/her), aka. Kat, received her B.F.A. in acting from the Actor Training Program at the University of Utah and is a graduate of the UCB Training Center in NYC as well as multiple improv and acting training programs and workshops where she has studied with David Razowsky, Susan Messing, Tara Defransisco, Charna Halpern, and many other teachers who excel at their craft. Kat is a primary instructor at Actor’s Rep, where she has taught acting to children, teens and adults for over 15 years. Kat has earned the reputation as being one of the top coaches in audition prep for schools or the arts and college audition preparation.
In addition to theatre, Kat is a respected teacher and leader in the improv community, coaching several local teams and frequently teaching improv workshops and performing at Improv festivals all over the country.
