Roald Dahl's The Witches Cast

Qifei is so excited to be joining the cast of The Witches. Qifei played July in Annie in October 2022 with 90 Miles Theatre and that was her first show. She really enjoyed being part of the show. Qifei is thankful for this opportunity of performing with 90 Miles Theatre Company and she is looking forward to getting to know all the cast from the show. Qifei is in 4rd grade and lives in Highland NY. In her free time she enjoys singing, tumbling,  playing violin and flute, as well as drawing and figure skating. Qifei is in the Red Fox Aquatic Club swimming team at Marist. Qifei also is a big fan of Harry Potter and had finished reading all the series. 

Vicky Peck (Grandmother/Witch) Vicky has been active in community theater for over 20 years. This is her second show with 90 Miles theater company. Some of her past shows/ roles include 12 Angry Men, The Mouse Trap where she played Molly Ralston, Mrs Webb in Our Town, Kiss The Bride, I’m Not Rapport, The Dinner Party, The Odd Couple (both male & female versions), Arsenic and Old Lace, Lilly Mortar in The Children’s Hour and Mrs Braddock in The Graduate. She would like to thank her husband Alan, her family and friends, for the continued support in her theatrical endeavors, Philip, for the opportunity, and the cast and crew!

Ms. Heather Foglia's stage credits include: chorus member in "Jane Eyre: the Musical" and Katherine in "Catch Me if You Can." She is a local maths teacher who spends her free time walking her poorly behaved dogs at the Mohonk Preserve, skiing, and solving crosswords.

George is very happy to be back onstage with such an awesome cast! Growing up in Millbrook, NY, George was always in either a summer theater production or a school-based performance, having had roles in such classics as The Pajama Game, You’re a Good Man Charlie Brown, The Odd Couple, Oliver, and Pygmalion. He’s grateful to have found 90 Miles Theatre Company and looks forward to many more productions.  

Giovanni is excited to perform in “The Witches” as his first production.  He is 11 years old and loves playing percussion in the Highland Middle School band.  In his free time, Giovanni enjoys diving into a good book but also loves playing his favorite sports any chance he gets.

Eve Walter is thrilled to be returning to 90 Miles in the role of the Grand High Witch in The Witches. Eve has been seen previously on the 90 Miles stage as Elvira Condomine in Blithe Spirit,  Phyllis in Sylvia and as Mrs. Robinson in The Graduate. In addition to the stage, Eve can be found  in supporting roles in several independent films, including Russell and Next Steps, and The Big Egg (web series), and several regional and national commercials. 

Merilee fell in love with acting at age 12, watching her dad perform in community theatre. Many trips to Broadway and being an active parent in her children's Magnet school performances she learned from scenery to wardrobe no job was too small. At SUNY New Platz she performed a collection of short plays written and performed by her fellow classmates and stage managed for many performances at SUNY Orange. As a performer in the "Vagina Monologues" she got a chance to really flex her acting muscles. Merilee joined the 90 Mile Theater Company as Sandy’s Dog Wrangler for the production of Annie. She is thrilled to be in the it upcoming production of Witches, and to work with the amazing actors of the 90 Miles Theater Company. They have helped Merilee realize a lifelong dream and she looks forward to working with them on more upcoming projects.
