ABOUT RVP
River Valley Players (RVP) is a volunteer community theater organization located in Spring Green, Wisconsin. Situated approximately 40 minutes West of Madison along the Wisconsin River in the “driftless region" of Southwestern Wisconsin, Spring Green is home to famed architect Frank Lloyd Wright's Taliesin, Alex Jordan's House on the Rock and American Players Theater. Founded with a mission to provide quality theater entertainment to the local community, River Valley Players has produced more than 100 productions and nearly 1,000 performances for the local community in its nearly 50 year history, many of which were performed at The Gard Theater in downtown Spring Green, with whom RVP has a rich history.

The current Board of Directors is comprised of: John Christensen (President), Patrick Hagen (Vice President), Gwen Schwanke (Secretary), Tara Buringa (Treasurer), Hannah Jo Anderson, Tony Cavagnetto, Josh Eveland, Chris Giese, Janna Johnson, Nate Maurer and Amelia Royko Maurer.

GET INVOLVED
RVP is always looking for people interested in getting involved in community theater. If you have an interest in theater, whether as a director, actor, stage manager, costume, set or props designer or fabricator, or light and sound board operator, or would like to assist with marketing and promotions, social media or front of house operations, we'd love to meet you!
