Paseo Academy of Fine and Performing Arts is a Signature School of Kansas City Public Schools with a Performing Arts Majors that include: Dance, Visual and Graphic Arts, Fashion and Costume Design, Broadcasting and Video Production, Instrumental and Vocal Music, Theater/Drama, Technical Theater, and Creative Writing. The teachers at Paseo Academy have extensive backgrounds in the arts and are dedicated to providing students with outstanding educational opportunities through a wide variety of creative experiences. Locally and nationally celebrated writers, artists, actors, musicians and dancers provide additional instruction, with many serving as artists-in-residence, lecturers and master teachers.

Our newly renovated auditorium is equipped with state-of-the-art lights and sound and comfortably seats over 1000 guests.
