Who are the Page Middle Players?

The Page Middle Players are an award-winning, public school theatre program at Page Middle School in Franklin, TN.
The company puts on two main-stage productions per school year in addition to other showcases and cabarets. In addition, the Players take a highly competitive, auditioned troupe to the Junior Theatre Festival in Atlanta each January.
In 2024, the Players were awarded “Excellence in Music” for Little Mermaid JR. For their presentation of Frozen JR. in 2025, the Players were awarded Outstanding Festival Performance, an honor given to 7 groups per year, and were asked to perform on the main stage for over 7,000 students. This year, the Players will returned to JTF with their cut of Legally Blonde JR., and were awarded "Excellence in Acting" for the Troupe and "Outstanding Individual Performance to Mia Handler for her role as Vivian.
Alumni from the PMP have gone to to pursue degrees in musical theatre at Oklahoma City College, Western Kentucky, Belmont, Northwestern, Rider University, and Lipscomb University. Technical theatre students are continuing their education at University of North Carolina's School of the Arts.
