The Midland High School Theatre 

The Midland High School Theatre is an organization that strives to provide opportunities for students in many different areas. Students learn acting, stage combat, prop making, costume design, and construction, as well as a multitude of other skills. However, students who are a part of the Midland High School Theatre Department learn a lot more than just theatre. Every year the students work on various philanthropic activities. Among these are Trunk or Treat in conjunction with Trick or Treat so Kids Can Eat. These two events provide underserved families with the opportunity to get food items. It also provides those families with a safe and welcoming environment to celebrate Halloween. Aside from these events, the theatre department takes part in various school clean-up events and opportunities. 

The goal for the Midland High School Theatre Department is not simply to make children better actors but to also make them better people. The students learn how to engage with their community. They learn how to work hard and how to cooperate. Overall, the Midland High School Theatre Department is a place for students to grow and learn!
