The 2022-2023 season should be exciting. With our scheduling back on track, we will be bringing a singing, dancing, acting extravaganza the to KCMS Stage with Seussical, Jr!! The production team is very excited to welcome KCMS Theatre Company alumni back as members of the team as they help coach and mentor our newer company members. Our tradition of excellence is something these students are proud to share with the Waynesboro community.
2021-2022 is currently back on track! We will stage Into the Woods, Jr this fall and will stage a straight play (TBA) in the Spring. We are very excited to be back in the space, and to bring our love of theatre to you and yours.
2020-2021 is going to be a challenge for theatres all over the country, including ours. We are excited and anxious, but always pressing forward.
2019 was our inaugural year. The 2019-2020 season included our first Fall Musical (Thoroughly Modern Millie, Jr.) and Spring Play (Holka Polka). We are excited to build a culture and tradition of excellence in theatre that matches our traditions in choral and instrumental music. Our desire to have a student run production team is well underway. We are teaching lighting and sound design, set construction and design, and production execution to give students a basis in technical theatre.
