Who we are
About
The Performing Arts at the International School of Indiana is a branch of the ISI Arts Department. The ISI Performing Arts is made up of both music and theatre. These disciplines work collaboratively to support students’ self-expression, explore the possibilities of what performing arts can be, discover performing arts practices across the world and time, and work though the process of creating and performing. The primary focus of the the Performing Arts are the extracurricular activities that students may participate in. These activities and ensembles are:
- Upper School Musical (for students in Grade 5 through Grade 12)
- HS Play (for students students in Grade 9 through Grade 12)
- MS Play (for students in Grade 6 through Grade 8)
- Jazz Band
- Community Band (for students in Grade 6-12 and any community member who has experience in playing an instrument)
- Community Choir (for students in Grade 6-12 and any community member who has experience or interest in singing)
