Impromptu Players was incorporated in 1982 with a mission to provide quality, family oriented entertainment for our community.  Throughout our history, we have performed in several DeRidder locations.  Thanks to the generosity of Mr. Gene Harrick and the Wooten family, we now call the Wooten Theater home.  We hope that you enjoy the entertainment we provide throughout the year.  
 

In addition to our Impromptu Players Productions, The Wooten Theatre has hosted many other community activities. The facility is available to rent for parties, weddings, family reunions or whatever event you are planning.
