About 2024 Fine Arts Awards Banquet

We honor all fine arts program students who participated in art, theatre, band, choir, and guard activities each year. This event is sponsored by the Round Lake Area School Fine Arts Boosters. All fine arts students are encouraged to attend. 


Tickets will be on sale until Friday, May 3, 2024 to ensure a headcount for food. Exchanges and refunds can be made through this website up until that date. Graduating senior fine arts students attend for free, but seniors still need to purchase a ticket to be included for the headcount for food. Seniors will be provided with a promo code that reduces their ticket price to 0 when checking out on this website. All other patron tickets cost $30 per person. This cost includes dinner for the evening.

Students and families can use their Charms account to pay for their banquet tickets. To do so, purchase the tickets and submit a receipt using this link. Please ensure that the student has the necessary funds in Charms before submitting a reimbursement request. The Fine Arts Boosters will process reimbursement request and send a check home with the student.

Seating is general admission. If you wish to sit with friends or other families, we encourage you to arrive early. Anyone arriving late will still be seated, but it will be in the seats that are available at that time.

Dinner is buffet style and a menu will be posted soon. Attendees with dietary needs should email Mr. West with the attendees name, dietary needs, and table number. Mr. West will supply Marvela's with a compiled list of dietary needs for the event.
