In addition to acting, Mimi has also directed “Our Town,” “By The Water,” and “The Humans” for SVPT, as well as many children’s shows. Mimi has been on Staten Island theater stages as an actress since the 70’s. She last appeared as Mrs. Phelps, the librarian in Spotlight Theatre’s production of “Matilda.” Favorite roles include: The Wicked Witch in “The Wizard of Oz” at ITW Productions, Sister Aloysius in “Doubt” at SIST, Agnes in “A Delicate Balance” at SVPT and M’Lynn in “Steel Magnolias” at The Little Victory Theater.
