Pickens High School Theatre Sponsorship Drive

Come and be a sponsor for our PHS Theatre Program! Running a theatre program is expensive! Just to purchase the rights to produce a show can cost upwards of $3,000. Factor in costumes, set, and music and a show can easily cost $7,000. Approximately a third of sponsorship dollars last year went directly to individual students in the form of need-based scholarships to help pay for tuition and travel to our annual Thespian Conference in Columbus, GA. Scholarships also went towards payment of student annual dues, which pay for graduation stoles and production fees. The rest of patron program dollars went to help funding our after-school productions - "Into the Woods," "Puffs," "Amelie," "Beauty and the Beast," "Lost Girl" and now "Alice by Heart" and "Challenger: To touch the face of God."
